After the 7th December
aftermath continous?

What about 7th December Its my birtday la, but on my birtday nite i was in jb doing my job. My bos ask me to go to JB on 6th Dec around 12pm and i depart around 3pm and arrive in Pasir Gudang around 8pm. Start doing my job till 1am on 7th Dec. This is the most miserable birtday nite in my life after that me and my colleague Elson went out to have our dinner on that dead city of Pasir Gudang and only 1 shop is open to let us have dinner, damn hungry that time. Afterall Elson belanja me la as that was my birtday nite. Then check in Hotel and flat sleep till tomorrow 10pm. Reach KL around 8pm after i bring Elson jalan-jalan to JB coz he never been there before not like me stay in JB for 4 years as i study there before. So after i reach my home, and laying down in front of my tv set with my frens, i could smeel of their intention to celebrate my birthday like last year i got TWO eggs on my head and a packet of flour in my bedroom but this time im aware !! But when its about a "perkena member" just give to 4 tricky head of my frens la benjoe, suhail, fairun n seme. Damn they are good in lying ! This time i got twice first time in Kitchen when i bring my dirty clothes to washing machine - this time they put i egg and my body now full of SABUN BASUH (who dont know it was washing detergent)!! Sh*t haha this time they are crazy. Then as my body is so not comfortable, i smeel like washing machine man with eggs !!! Then i go to have my bath, i thought that was over but when i went out from bathroom benjoe had this evil's smile on his face then i kena one more time this time with expired corn flours oooo hell this time i cant even open my eyes to defend i got attacked continously till i open my eyes that bathroom was all yellow all because of the expired flours.... damnnnnnn !!

#man RTFM
manual entry for RTFM

NAME
rtfm -- Acronym for Read The F*cking Manual

USAGE
Person1: "How do I...?"
Person2: "RTFM"
Person1: "huh?"

DESCRIPTION
RTFM is often used as a response to technical questions. Unfortunately,
many people don't even know how to *find* the manual, let alone
understand it.

If someone tells you to RTFM, they could mean any of the
following:
(1) The manual says it better than I do, please look there.
(2) I'm too busy to answer you right now; try to find the answer
yourself.
(3) I don't know the answer to your question.
(4) I've been asked this question too many times and I'm irritable.
Find the answer yourself.

OPTIONS
There are a number of options available when you have been told to
RTFM:

(1) Try the man pages. (Or info, or --help)
This is useful if you know the name of the command or
application you are using. Type "man " (without the quotes)
followed by the name of the command. For more information on
man, (which is short for "manual") type "man man" (without the
quotes.)

If you don't know the exact command you need, try using apropos
or man -k to get a list of commands that do have man pages
available. (eg "man -k rename")

Also, sometimes there is more than one man page with the same
name that might be listed like this: "hiccup(8)" To get to that
particular page, use "man 8 hiccup".

Similarly, you can use the "info" command to get more
information on some applications, (type "info info" to learn
more about info) and you can often use the --help or -h flag
(eg "man --help") to get a quick summary of options.

(2) Look for other documentation on your machine.
Try looking in /usr/doc or /usr/doc/HOWTO or other
documentation directories. (The location of the documentation
will vary depending on how your system is setup.)

(3) Look at the Linux Documentation Project.
It can be found at http://www.linuxdoc.org/. In fact, this is
probably easier than looking for documentation on your system.

(4) Search the web.
Try looking through archives to see if anyone else has asked
the same question. I suggest using Google
(http://www.google.com/) for websearches or searching
newsgroups using http://groups.google.com, but there are many
other ways to do it.

If your queries are coming up with information that doesn't
help you, try including the search terms like "HOWTO", "FAQ" or
"Guide".

If you're using a specific application, make sure to look up
the webpage for that application. And try to look at the
homepage for your distribution (Eg: http://www.debian.org,
http://www.redhat.com, http://www.slackware.com, etc.). Often
they have search engines of their own.

(5) Rephrase your query.
Maybe what you asked was too broad or wasn't well understood.
Rather than just asking exactly the same thing again, try to
explain yourself further, telling people what you've tried and
what documentation you've already read. Ask if anyone knows
of a good HOW-TO or can direct you to a webpage. As a rule,
the more information you give about your problem the more
likely someone is to be able to help, and people are much more
willing to help you if you're showing that you're really
interested in learning.

If you've posted on a public forum, often there are many people
listening to your query, so give them a chance to respond
before giving up hope!

(6) Ask a knowledgeable friend.
If you know someone, they're more likely to feel guilty about
brushing you off and telling you to read the manual. It's not
a bad idea to offer to make them dinner or do them a favour as
a thank you!

Title: Mujo gok kite org Terengganu :)

Mujo or mujur in Standard Bahasa means "fortunate" or "lucky". In Terengganu it means more than that. Mujo is an attitude, a testament to the optimism of the Terengganu folks. I believe that Terengganu people are optimistic. I haven't heard of any suicides there yet. No news whatsoever of people jumping down from coconut trees or drinking expired budu (preserved anchovy thick sauce) neat in order to expire themselves.

You must remember that Terengganu people lived with ferries, morning papers that came in the night and other things people in the West Coast take for granted. In spite of doing without 4D shops, discos, malls or Hot Spot-enabled coffee houses, they are surviving well without any mental hospital in sight. All these are because they have mujo. Like I mentioned previously, mujo encapsulate a philosophy in itself. It means one should thank God that it is not worse.

Time for an illustration.
(Cut to a scene of 3 village ladies in their
kemban washing clothes by the village well)

Mok Long Selamoh: (How is your brother Mek?)
Mok Teh Som : (What happened to her brother?)
Mok Long Selamoh: (You don't know Som?)
Mok Teh Som : (I don't know anything)
Mok Long Selamoh: (Mek's brother was knocked
down by a lorry yesterday)
Mek Beso : (It wasn't a lorry Mok Long, it was a
fish van)
Mok Long Selamoh: (Lucky it wasn't a lorry)
Mok Teh Som : (Then? Was he seriously injured?)
Mek Beso:(One leg was broken)
Mok Teh Som : (Lucky both legs weren't broken)
Mok Long Selamoh: (It was lucky that the van
driver braked in time)
Mek BesO :(Lucky the van wasn't going fast...)

(Fade to black.)
If both legs were broken, the response would be "Mujo dok pecoh pala"(Lucky the head wasn't broken). If the head WAS broken, the response would be "Mujo dok mati" (Lucky he didn't die). If the worst happened and the brother died, the mujowould still surface. "Mujo lah bukang adik kita" (Lucky it wasn't my brother). You get the drift.....

Mujo. A nice word. Adopt it. Embrace it. It will preserve your sanity.

Padi-Menanti sebuah jawaban
aku tak bisa luluhkan hatimu

dan aku tak bisa menyentuh cintamu
seiring jejak kakiku bergetar
aku tlah terpagut oleh cintamu
menelusup hariku dengan harapan
namun kau masih terdiam membisu

reff:
sepenuhnya aku ingin memelukmu
mendekap penuh harapan ‘tuk mencintaimu
setulusnya aku akan terus menunggu
menanti sebuah jawaban ‘tuk memilikimu

betapa derunya rindu menusuk jiwaku
semoga kau tahu isi hatiku
dan seiring waktu yang terus berputar
aku masih terhanyut dalam mimpiku

repeat reff:

aku tak bisa luluhkan hatimu
dan aku tak bisa menyentuh cintamu

EMAIL TRACING SERVICES

My work nowdays not pay me not much as i contribute but enough to make living in this big city where all price is much expensive other than any places in Malaysia. Its in Malaysia perspective not to say other country such as UK, US or Japan its not in the conversation. But what i have done here will make myself have a high value in the market.

EMAIL TRACING SERVICES

Im offering email tracing services to anyone in this world who keep receive unwanted or unknown sender in their mailbox. I would say that i can help you out because this is my expertise area. In Malaysia, two major ISPs is in my hand so there's no doubt about my expertise. Now, we look at what internet say about the email tracing.

Sometimes people might send you information or hatemail from a fake address. This can be done quite easily simply by changing the "Sender" and "Return-to" fields to something different. You can do this, since these fields, i.e. your identity, are normally not checked by the mailserver when you send mail, but only when you receive mail.

Every email has a so-called header. The header is the part in which the route the email has taken is being described. Since the header is rather ugly, it is normally hidden by the email programme. Every email programme can display them, though (look into the "Options" or "Preferences" menu).

The mail we use below is a typical, but not rather sophisticated example of faked email. Fortunately for us journalists, most people are not more sophisticated than this. You should however be aware of the fact, that there are much more sophisticated ways to fake mail.

Ten Steps to Wise Decision-Making

This process can be applied to any situation where you need to make an important decision. If you follow these ten basic steps, you will find yourself making wiser decisions, both in your professional as well as your personal life.

  • Define, as specifically as possible, what the decision is that needs to be made. Is this really your decision or someone else's? Do you really need to make a decision? (If you do not have at least two options, there is no decision to be made.) When does the decision need to be made? Why is this decision important to you? Who will be affected by this decision? What values does this decision involve for you?

  • Write down as many alternatives as you can think of. Brainstorm as many different alternatives as you can imagine. Let your imagination run free and try not to censure anything. This is not the time to be judgmental. Just be sure to write everything down.

  • Think where you could find more information about possible alternatives. If you only come up with a few alternatives, you may want to get more information. Additional information generally leads to more alternatives. Places where you can look for the information you need include friends, family, clergy, co-workers, state and federal agencies, professional organizations, online services, newspapers, magazines, books, and so on.

  • Check out your alternatives. Once you have a list of alternatives, use the same sources of information to find out more about the specifics of each option. You will find that the more information you gather, the more ideas will pop into your head. Be sure to write these down and check them out too.

  • Sort through all of your alternatives. Now that you have your list of alternatives, it is time to begin evaluating them to see which one works for you. First, write down the values that would come into play for each alternative. Second, look for the alternatives which would allow you to use the greatest number of your values. Third, cross the alternatives off the list which do not fit into your personal value framework.

  • Visualize the outcomes of each alternative. For each remaining alternative on your list, picture what the outcome of that alternative will look like. Here, too, it helps if you write out your impressions.

  • Do a reality check. Which of your remaining alternatives are most likely to happen? Cross off those alternatives that most likely will not happen to you.

  • Which alternative "fits" you? Review your remaining alternatives and decide which ones feel most comfortable to you. These are your wise decisions. If you are very happy about a decision, but are not as comfortable with its possible outcome, this is a clue that this is not a wise decision for you. On the other hand, you may dislike an alternative, but be very excited about the possible outcome. This decision would probably not be wise for you either. If you feel you can live with both the alternative as well as the possible outcome, this is the wise decision you should follow.

  • Get started! Once you have made your decision, get moving on it. Worrying or second-guessing yourself will only cause you grief. You have done your very best for the present. You always have the option of changing your mind in the future if you want to. Remember, no decision is set in stone.

  • How is it going? Be sure to review your decision at specified points along the road. Are the outcomes what you expected? Are you happy with the outcomes? Do you want to let the decision stand or would you like to make some adjustments? If the decision did not come out the way you planned, go through the complete decision-making process again. In the process, answer the following questions. Did I not have enough information? What values actually came into play? Were they my values or someone else's? Remember, you can always change your mind!

Even i have a damn sucks life last week, some people in my life circle had a very good life a good day... i hope its a continuenity. By the way, our life path or job is all depends on how good a decision maker we are. Thats why i put this article so peoples can read.

Nineteen words that don't belong in your resume
This chart is based on the TechRepublic article "Choose your words carefully when crafting a resume," by Molly Joss.

It’s hard to believe that a few words could irritate someone enough to make them stop reading your resume, but it’s true. Some hiring managers and recruiters admit that they have their own mental lists of words that annoy them. Resume how-to books may recommend that you pack your resume full of as many verbs, adjectives, and adverbs as you can. But if you aren't careful, you could turn off more prospective employers than you entice. Effective word choice is what really appeals to hiring managers—not action verbs and glittery modifiers. Here's a rundown of some words that hiring managers say detract from the persuasiveness of resumes they see.

Term

Reasons to avoid

Example

Possible rephrasing

Assist,
assisted

Hiring managers want to know what you did, not how you helped. If you're familiar enough with a task to put it on your resume, you can choose a better word than assist.

Assisted marketing director by researching PDAs.

Researched PDAs for marketing department.

Experiment

No one wants to hear about what you tried to do—only what you have accomplished.

Experimented with new LAN management software.

Tested and evaluated new LAN management software.

Skillfully, effectively, carefully,
quickly,
expert,
mastered

Hiring managers often object to words that describe how well you do a particular task. In many cases, it comes across as boastful—and it's unnecessary. “If you aren’t good at it, why are you putting it on your resume?” one recruiter said.

Skillfully managed transition from Windows NT to Windows Server 2003

Migrated organization from Windows NT to Windows Server 2003 with no downtime during business hours.

Cutting-edge, detail-oriented; coordinate, facilitate, transform;
proven ability, synergy,
and liaison

Hiring managers say such words take up space without communicating much. They've seen them so often that the words have lost their original energy. Provide details and substance, not tired business jargon.

Detail-oriented manager with proven ability to oversee day-to-day network operations and to implement major technology initiatives.

Supervised an eight-member IS staff; completed two full-scale platform migrations; consolidated equipment and resources following facilities move.

Responsible for…

You’re a manager, so of course you’re responsible for something. Specify exactly what your responsibilities are and work in a few numbers to convey the scope of what you do.

Responsible for managing inventory, overseeing network operations, making new equipment purchases, troubleshooting workstation issues.

Supervised the support of 70 users running Windows XP and two servers running Windows Server 2003; implemented asset management plan for inventorying equipment; built a network operations team responsible for the internal infrastructure.

Hot story on OSS world this week.
Former Linux Architect Moves to Microsoft

by:
Steven J. Vaughan-Nichols

A leading Linux figure, Daniel Robbins, the founder of Gentoo Linux and its former chief architect, has announced that he has accepted a position at Microsoft Corp. In a brief note to the Gentoo Foundation Inc. community, Robbins said he was leaving Gentoo and that he will be "helping Microsoft to understand Open Source and community-based projects."

Microsoft confirmed that Robbins began work at Microsoft's campus in Redmond, Wash., on May 23. Sources at Microsoft said Robbins is working with Bill Hilf. Hilf is Microsoft's lead program manager for its Platform Strategy organization. There, he leads Microsoft's Linux and Open Source Software technology group. Before coming to Microsoft, Hilf drove IBM's Linux technical strategy for its emerging and competitive markets organization. Robbins' title is program manager for the Platform Strategy team.

Gentoo Linux is one of the most popular Linux distributions. Its non-commercial status, as well as its reputation as a bleeding-edge distribution, has largely kept it out of the enterprise. Nevertheless, eWEEK Labs believes that it is a good fit for testing the latest versions of key open-source software components.

Unlike most distributions, like Red Hat Inc.'s RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), Gentoo is "from source" distribution. That means it ships with a tool called Portage that lets users acquire and update software by downloading source code and compiling applications to suit their particular needs. Robbins based Portage on FreeBSD's Ports tool.

Portage uses "Ebuild" scripts for software packaging. An Ebuild file contains all the information required to download, unpack, compile and install a set of source-code programs, and to perform any optional preinstall/post-install/removal or configuration steps. Ebuild scripts are written as Unix/Linux bash shell programs. This approach has been much admired in the open-source community.

"[Robbins'] approach was technically superior to the other distros in its fundamental approach. It was the right approach," said Hans Reiser, creator of ReiserFS (Reiser File System), the default file system in such popular Linux distributions as SuSE, Linspire and Xandros. Robbins had been moving away from his distribution for some time. In April 2004, he surprised the Gentoo community by resigning from development responsibilities and his role as chief architect for Gentoo.

At that time, he also began setting up the non-profit Gentoo Foundation, which now runs Gentoo development. Before joining Microsoft, Robbins finalized the transfer of Gentoo's intellectual property, essentially Ebuilds copyrights and other software, as well as soon-to-be trademarked Gentoo logos to the Foundation.

Editor's Note: This story was corrected to reflect that Robbins is working with Bill Hilf and Microsoft's Linux group, not Bill Hill and the ClearType group.

This article was taken from eweek news : http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,1759,1827841,00.asp?kc=ewnws061405dtx1k0000599

Cerita Penglipulara Hikayat Korporat Melayu Lama

Once Upon a Time......A True Story About 2 Sons

Once, there was a family known as Malaysia. In 1985, they were blessed with their first born, Proton. The family loved Proton all they can. They gave Proton everything. They protected Proton from the bigger boys in Kindergarden. They told Proton, "You're young, you need protection from them. It's okay to make mistakes, you're young. Even if you don't learn from mistakes...it's okay...you are young."

Proton became spoilt. He always depended on parents and used up all his allowance on useless things. When he had to do his chores, he paid people to do it and the work is lousy, cau sing the parents having to call repairmen to fix all the mess that he made.

Anyway, when Proton was 10 (but he still acted like he is 1 or 2 years old), he had a younger brother, Perodua. At first, everyone thought this younger brother will be like Proton. Anyway, this new baby was more handsome and looks smarter than Proton. Malaysia knew there is a possibilty Perodua could be smarter than Proton. Since they love Proton so much, they decided that Perodua can only learn a few things. Cannot learn the same thing as Proton. This is so that Perodua wouldn't beat Proton at what Proton is doing.
Although Perodua was also protected by Malaysia, he learn to be independent very fast. He made good friends with Daihatsu, who had an elder brother Toyota. The two of them helped Perodua in everything. Perodua, being independent and smart, learnt a lot and in a short while, was becoming as good as, if not better, than Proton.

Malaysia realized that Perodua was becoming better than his brother. Although proud of Perodua, they still love Proton best. They paid Lotus (which is older and well known worldwide) to befriend Proton. Using this advantage, Proton mentioned Lotus everytime he wanted to tell people about himself. On his own, he was still the same.

Moreover, Proton is always not updated. When doing his work, he still uses the typewriter and refuses to use the computer. Perodua, so much younger, used the computer, with broadband for his work. Perodua was improving so much that Toyota has assigned him with his work, codename Avanza.

2005. Proton is 20 years old, Pe rodua only 10. It was obvious that Perodua was the more successful of the two siblings. What is worse, Proton said he still need his parents to help him for another 10 years. He still need to protection from the big boys. In May 2005, Perodua was about the show Malaysia his best work so far...codename Myvi. Proton, being jealous...quickly came up with an unprofessional remark about Perodua's work and show his work at the same time as Perodua on purpose

The future of Malaysia and her two kids are still unknown. But it would be obvious that Perodua will shine, leaving Proton crying. It would be a wonder if in 2015, Proton will ask Malaysia for another 10 years of help and protection...maybe this time...protection from Perodua as well...........THE END

Love Your Job, But never fall in love with your company

Must read this....

Love Your Job, but never fall in love with your company. An interesting speech delivered by a CEO of a premier IT company in India during an employee session with another IT company in India. He is incidentally, one of the top 50 influential people in Asia according the latest Asiaweek publication. He's also the new IT advisor to the Thai Prime Minister.

Extract of Mr. Narayana Murthy's Speech during Mentor Session:

LOVE YOUR JOB, BUT NEVER FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR COMPANY BCOZ U NEVER
KNOW WHEN COMPANY STOPS LOVING YOU - Narayana Murthy

I know people who work 12 hours a day, six days week, or more. Some people do so because of a work emergency where the long hours are only temporary. Other people I know have put in these hours for years. I don't know if they are working all these hours, but I do know they are in the office this long.Others put in long office hours because they are addicted to the workplace. Whatever the reason for putting in overtime, working long hours over the long term is harmful to the person and to the organization. There are things managers can do to change this for everyone's benefit. Being in the office long hours, over long periods of time, makes way for potential errors. My colleagues who are in the office long hours frequently make mistakes caused by fatigue. Correcting these mistakes requires their time as well as the time and energy of others. I have seen people work Tuesday through Friday to correct mistakes made after 5 PM on Monday. Another problem is that people who are in the office long hours are not pleasant company. They often complain about other people (who aren't working as hard); they are irritable, or cranky, or even angry. Other
people avoid them. Such behaviour poses problems, where work goes much better when people work together instead of avoiding one another. As Managers, there are things we can do to help people leave the office. First and foremost is to set the example and go home ourselves. I work with a manager who chides people for working long hours. His words quickly lose their meaning when he sends these chiding group e-mails with a time-stamp of 2 AM, Sunday. Second is to encourage people to put some balance in their lives.
For instance, here is a guideline I find helpful:

1) Wake up, eat a good breakfast, and go to work.
2) Work hard and smart for eight or nine hours.
3) Go home.
4) Read the books/comics, watch a funny movie, dig in the dirt, play with your kids, etc.
5) Eat well and sleep well.

This is called recreating. Doing steps 1, 3, 4, and 5 enable step 2.

Working regular hours and recreating daily are simple concepts. They are hard for some of us because that requires 'personal change'. They are possible since we all have the power to choose to do them.
In considering the issue of overtime, I am reminded of my oldest son.
When he was a toddler, if people were visiting the apartment, he would not fall asleep no matter how long the visit, and no matter what time of day it was. He would fight off sleep until the visitors left. It was as if he
was afraid that he would miss something. Once our visitors' left, he would go to sleep. By this time, however,
he was over tired and would scream through half the night with nightmares. He, my wife, and I, all paid the price for his fear of missing out. Perhaps some people put in such long hours because they don't want to
miss anything when they leave the office. The trouble with this is that events will never stop happening. That
is life !! Things happen 24 hours a day. Allowing for little rest is not ultimately practical. So, take a nap. Things will happen while you're asleep, but you will have the energy to catch up when you wake.
Hence "LOVE YOUR JOB BUT NEVER FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR COMPANY".

Malaysia's New Car Model is coming out
by:sQew

Since last year after Proton launch brand new Proton model called GEN.2 with a code name WRM (Wira Replacement Model) their CEO told the media that at least by the end of year 2004 they will launch another series of replacement model for Tiara and Satria. But the year ended, and so far theres no final date or month when they are going to release the new model.

But, as we all know Perodua , Malaysia's 2nd larger carmaker is going to launch their latest model at least by the end of Mei 2005. The Pictures of the latest model of the Perodua with code name Perodua MyVI is spread over the internet since middle of last month added with a frontpage coverage by Harian Metro on 8th April 2004. The model come out from the inspired model from Daihatsu called Daihatsu Boon. Actually this model is a joint venture project between Toyota and Daihatsu to challenge the same specs model from Honda, Hyundai, Chevrolet etc. With the same design for this model except a little changes at the front and rear bumper, the Toyoto use their VVTI engine meanwhile Daihatsu use their DVVT engine same as Perodua will use for the Perodua MyVI. The Perodua MyVI will come out with 1.0 and 1.3 DVVT engine with a price range from RM42K to RM50K ++ (im not sure about this yet) but the rumours said so. But for Malaysians audience out there, all Malaysia's made cars starting this year will be equiped with Airbags if you notice the government order to reduce the death accident in Malaysia. I hope this will help :). This is the snap.

And then this is the review from the SpyShot reviews (spy shot is a group in UK who are going to spy a latest model from carmaker). So this what they said :

Spy Shot: Proton TRM and SRM Two new Protons have been spotted testing: they're both due for launch in Malaysia very shortly, with European sales to follow later this summer. The smaller car - the five-door model with flat-backed tailgate - is codenamed TRM, and it's a budget city car to take on the likes of the Kia Picanto, Fiat Panda, Chevrolet Matiz and Perodua Kelisa: expect very competitive prices. In Malaysia, it replaces a model called Tiara, which was a rebadged version of the old Citroen AX in production till 2000, though the Tiara name may not be used again for an all-new car. It will be fitted with a 1.2-litre Renault petrol engine.

Although the SRM is only a three-door, it is actually larger than the TRM: a supermini around the size of - and in a similar style to - the Rover 25/MG ZR, it is built on a shortened version of the Gen-2's platform. It will be marketed as an affordable sporting hatch (Proton is bound to emphasise that it has been developed with help from Lotus) and it will replace the Satria. First models up for launch will be 1.3 and 1.6-litre petrol-engined versions, using the same engines as in the Gen-2, with a more powerful GTi model scheduled for later in the year

Hmmm, this year will be a competitive year between Proton and Perodua as their new models really going out of the box not like before. But im sure the new Perodua will kisk ass , and give the competition to Honda Jazz, Chevrolet Aveo and Hyundai Getz but for the pricing of course Perodua is the cheapest. And for the Proton, i really like the new butt of the new Satria even the front looks is as the same as GEN.2. There's no comment about the Proton interrior as there's no snap on the interrior but i guess it will look as GEN2. And the new Perodua is superb.

p/s: But if you noticed, the aircond part still win by Proton but the accessories i give the honour to Perodua. BTW, if you guys wanna see more pictures on the new Perodua and Proton new model please go to My Album

JOB Player

Im happy today and fuhhhhhhhh wat a relief man because i have submitted my resignation letter to my HR Manager. She is really a nice person actually from the first day i met her on my interview day, i knew that she is a nice person, she had what we call as a mother's face and still pretty even maybe her ages exceed 40 with Arabic looks. Hmmm, just dont have that much time to get know her well as im going to leave this company soon in two weeks.

Talking about the Job Resignation, nowdays we got what we called Internet that contains anything you want from the bad things and the best things. From a how to calculate 1 + 1 to how to read and to porn site....its all have what we need in our self. So, i just want to give a simple instruction how to submit a resignation letter to your bos from how to write a resignation letter till a moment when you want to see HR personel. In my live a have submit 2 resignation letters, 1 with previous company and 1 that i have submit just now. To get a sample and write it on what you want is as easy as ABC(this is my recipe :p ). Just go to http://www.i-resign.com and then choose what category you are in And then insert data according to your details... and then customize and print it hahaha easy rite? Now actually if you go to HR ans said you a a personal matters to talk about they will give you a space to talk... and then you just submit your resignation letter. HR will be a nice person at that time (in case some company their HR sometimes a little bit ego).

Dude if a Job is a gurl im the player.... hahahhahah...... people who know me know why. But till now still cant find a rite gurl for me and for her just dunno ;)

JOB and LOVE
by : sqew aka syed

Love and Job, the hunting for those two are similar. Its hard to find a true love or your soul mate, as hard as you want to find a great job that will give you a satisfaction to your job lust not only love need a lust and make love but we did not call that as make job :D.

For me get a great job and of course money is coming as second is similar to get a your dream girl. A great job with a good pay, enviroment, good work collegue, nice bos and clean office is a same concept if i can my dream girl with a great body, great attitude, pretty, cute and love you. Both have to leave each other, means that in job perspective you have to love your job then job will love you automatically by giving you a good pay and a promotions. And in love persective, its not totally the same but if you love a girl but thats not mean the girl will love you back, but in this article of course my concern in a stable and good give and take relationship between a girl and a boy .

Cheating, everybody hate liars or peoples who lies on what ever they talk, its hard to take when somebody you love the most lie to you. Same in workplace, when sometimes your work collegue is actually a backstabber you cant avoid that in a real world. Its all the same.

But, there are some lucky people in this world get those two in their lives. Of course a dream job and a dream girl in their hand. The theory here is i think your dream girl will come later on after you are getting your dream job. Its true as usually good job comes with a good pay........... :P

Just a little theory i wrote down here

Netsecurity New Year's Resolutions
from
Tony Bradley, CISSP, MCSE2k, MCSA, A+
Resolutions Continued

Turn off active coding in your web browser: Malicious web sites generally rely on the use of active coding- javascript or vbscript or other such programming within the HTML which allows the web site to actually perform operations on your computer. You can use Security Zones in Internet Explorer to restrict what sites can or can't execute active scripting. Most other browsers have the ability to restrict or block scripting as well. To see how to do it in Internet Explorer you can see How To Disable Active Scripting

Use encryption: Even if an unauthorized person were to somehow gain access to your computer or network, you could further protect your personal or confidential data by encrypting it. Using the built-in EFS (Encrypted File System) in the more recent versions of Microsoft Windows you can encrypt your files or folders so that only you can view them.

Back up your important files:Defining "important" is in the eye of the beholder. For some that may only mean their financial records- bank account files, stock tracking data and such. For many it will also include photos, songs and documents that would be irreplaceable if something were to happen to the computer. Backing up your data is just good common sense. Even if no malicious code, worm, virus, Trojan or otherwise ever infiltrated your computer sometimes hard drives simply crash. You should set up a periodic schedule to back up your data- daily, weekly, monthly or whatever suits your needs best. It is also good practice to take your backup media to another location. If a fire or other physical tragedy should destroy your computer it won't work very well to have the backup files get destroyed at the same time. You can try Backup For One software to help you automate and schedule your backups.

Take a class: If you want to get serious about computer and network security you should consider taking a class. There are many offered ranging from the general and basic to the specific and advanced. You may even consider becoming certified in one or more aspects of information security. For a good free start to your new educational resolution you can take my Free Computer Security 101 Class.

Read, read and read some more: There is absolutely no shortage of resources to read that will help you learn more and broaden your horizons when it comes to computer and network security. Whether its simply visiting the About.com Internet / Network Security site on a regular basis or actually reading books on the subject. You can see the Book Reviews section of the web site for details on many books that you can buy or check out from your local library
